Is this competing with ElevenLabs?
No — we're building on ElevenLabs' API, not competing with it. ElevenLabs is infrastructure. VoxClone is a consumer mobile workflow. The same way you don't build a photo editing app to compete with AWS, you don't build a voice app to compete with ElevenLabs.
Can I use the generated audio commercially?
Yes. Pro subscribers have full commercial rights to all generated audio — social media, YouTube monetisation, podcasts, and client work are all permitted. Free tier is personal use only.
What stops someone from cloning another person's voice?
VoxClone requires you to read a unique consent phrase in your own voice before cloning is enabled. This creates an auditable record that the person consented to the clone. Using someone else's voice without consent violates our Terms and results in immediate account termination.
