1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (16 in the EU/UK) to use any Deployd app. By using our apps, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use our apps with verifiable parental or guardian consent.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Deployd Studio ("Deployd", "we", "us"). If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and discontinue use.
2. License to use
Subject to these Terms, Deployd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you personally own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
This licence does not include:
- Selling, sublicensing, or commercially distributing the app
- Modifying, reverse-engineering, or decompiling the app
- Removing copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
- Using the app to build a competing product or service
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our apps to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Generate, distribute, or store unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harassing content
- Infringe any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, free-tier restrictions, or subscription enforcement
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access our services
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice or refund.
4. Subscriptions & payments
Billing
Paid features are available via in-app purchase through Apple App Store or Google Play. All billing, refunds, and payment disputes are handled by the respective platform. Deployd does not process credit card data directly.
Free tier
Each app offers a free tier with defined usage limits. Free-tier limits are enforced locally on device and remotely where applicable. Attempting to circumvent limits (e.g. by reinstalling, changing device IDs, or sideloading) is a breach of these Terms.
Auto-renewal
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by Apple's and Google's respective refund policies. Deployd may, at its sole discretion, offer goodwill credits or refunds in exceptional circumstances — contact us to discuss.
Price changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the new price takes effect constitutes acceptance. You may cancel before the new price applies for a full refund of the remaining period.
5. Intellectual property
All content, design, code, trademarks, and trade dress in Deployd apps are owned by or licensed to Deployd Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.
Your content: You retain ownership of any content you create or provide through our apps (e.g. voice recordings in VoxClone, notes in Glorify). By submitting content, you grant Deployd a limited, royalty-free licence to process and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the feature you used. We do not claim any right to use your content for marketing, AI training, or any other purpose.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In particular:
- AI outputs (replies, colour analysis, nutrition estimates, headshots, voice clones) are generated by third-party models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. They are for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
- Health & wellness features (SleepDeep, SnapCal, ConfidenceGym) are not medical devices and do not constitute medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions.
- Spiritual content in Glorify reflects AI interpretation of scripture and does not constitute religious authority or pastoral counsel.
Deployd does not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deployd and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the apps.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the apps shall not exceed the amount you paid to Deployd in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability — in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Termination
You may stop using any app at any time by uninstalling it and, if applicable, deleting your account via Settings → Delete Account.
Deployd may suspend or terminate your access to any app at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your licence to use the app ends immediately.
If we discontinue an app, we will provide at least 30 days' notice in-app and process pro-rated refunds for active annual subscribers.
9. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, specifically the state of Karnataka, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Before filing any claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us and giving us 30 days to respond.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as our products evolve or the legal landscape changes. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email at least 14 days before taking effect. The current version is always available at deployd.in/legal/terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
